Mark Todd

  • I went to my first match in 1970, Academic Coimbra in the ECWC and was a Platt Lane Ender at Maine Road. I have had a season ticket for 40 years and I now have a wheelchair space in the Colin Bell Stand and go to pretty much every game, home and away.
  • Things have certainly moved on since my first match watching the Blues from pitch side with my Dad. Following the Blues up and down the country for all this time has enabled me to see a lot of changes to facilities for disabled fans during that time, most of them good!
  • I work as an Accessibility Adviser and I specialise in sporting venues particularly the Paralympic Games advising London 2012; Rio 2016 and currently Tokyo 2020. I have a lot of experience in these areas which I would like to put to use for the benefit of our Club and all disabled Manchester City fans. I really want to contribute to us being the best in the World for disabled supporters.
  • In addition to improving facilities for disabled supporters, I hope my regular attendance at away games will give a useful perspective in terms of our general away support. I love this fantastic Club and its fans and am honoured to serve on the City Matters Committee
